Co-Owner, Total Control Home Services 

My name is Zakary Lee Mitchell, and I’m proud to be one of the owners of Total Control Home Services. I come from a large family — one of eight siblings — and was born in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, spending most of my life in Boyertown and Pottstown, PA. Growing up in a close-knit family taught me the value of hard work, respect, and community — values that continue to guide everything I do today. 
I’ve always been fascinated by insects and wildlife. You could say I’m a bit of a bug nerd! The world of insects is truly remarkable — their adaptability, intelligence, and design never cease to amaze me. My father worked in pest control for many years, and through his mentorship and his books, I developed a deep passion for the industry. At 21, I decided to follow in his footsteps, and I’ve now spent nearly four years professionally serving homeowners and businesses throughout Pennsylvania. I am certified in four pest control categories in the State of Pennsylvania and continue to expand my education to better serve my clients. 
At the heart of my work, there are two simple but powerful goals: 
To educate every customer and employee about insects, rodents, and proper pest management. 
To provide consistent, high-quality service that delivers real results and lasting peace of mind.

When you understand the cause of your pest issue, you’re empowered to make the right decisions, whether that means hiring a professional or taking steps yourself.

I take great pride in my work and hold myself accountable to the highest standards. I always give 110% effort, and safety is my top priority — ensuring that every customer feels comfortable, secure, and confident in the service provided. 
Good communication and consistency are the cornerstones of my business philosophy. I believe every home deserves to be treated with care and every client with integrity. My mission is to help Montgomery County families and businesses feel safe, educated, and protected — while continuing to build a company that values not only its customers but also its employees and community.
